Founding The Freedom Road Collage Space
Mar Chaaya, Lebanon

The Freedom Road is a concept collage space where coffee, culture, and casual biker style meet.

At its core is The Freedom Brew, a cozy coffee shop with an industrial-art vibe, perfect for meeting, working, or just slowing down. Beside it, a boutique offers curated casual biker clothing, relaxed, functional pieces for people who move through the city with their own rhythm.

More than a place to hang out, The Freedom Road hosts cultural talks, creative workshops, and live music, turning the space into a flexible stage for ideas, stories, and sound. It’s a hub for creators, and curious minds who want community as much as caffeine and drinks.

Founding Emili's Lounge

Emili’s is a rooftop hideaway nestled in the mountains, floating between the pine trees with wide-open sunset views. As the sky turns orange and pink, guests sip classic drinks under string lights and vintage decor that echo the easy charm of the 70s. On warm nights, live bands take the small stage, filling the air with timeless sounds and making Emili’s feel like a laid-back mountain revival of a golden era.
